We ship worldwide and you can checkout with Paypal and DHL and Correios (a brazilian courier) for international delivery. Orders placed are subject to customs duties, or import taxes and charges. To find out the amount of customs fees before you buy, we suggest that you contact the customs authorities in your country. They usually correspond to a percentage of the value of the imported goods. Once your order has arrived at its destination, the independent customs authorities in your country may contact you to request payment of these customs fees. In this case, you are responsible for paying these charges. If the customs fees are not paid, the package will be returned to the sender and once received, our customer service will contact you and proceed with the refund of your order with your agreement.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
It is currently not possible to calculate shipping costs directly on the website. You can send your full address via Whatsapp or e-mail and our team will do the calculation manually for you.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES VERDINELLI CASA ACCEPT?
We accept Paypal. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to try and assist your request!

IN WHAT CURRENCY CAN I MAKE MY PAYMENT?
You can pay in Brazilian Real via PayPal.
IS IT SAFE TO PURCHASE ONLINE FROM OUR E-SHOP?
Absolutely! We are based in Brazil, managed and run by Argentinians Woman's Family. We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details or do we share your personal information with any third party.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel the order, please contact us at contato@verdinellicasa.com.br within 6 hours of placing your order. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We generally deliver all orders in 2 working days.
There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control.
All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours.
We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied.
WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?
Verdinelli Casa uses DHL and Correios (a brazilian courier).
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please email contato@verdinellicasa.com.br
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that Verdinelli Casa does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by us, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
Requesting a return has never been this easy!
To initiate a return, simply email us at contato@verdinellicasa.com.br using the e-mail address used to process your order within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at contato@verdinellicasa.com.br so we can urgently review the matter for you!
